      讲座题目：Heat Transfer Enhancement by Nano Fluid

      讲座人介绍：

      Professor Mohamad graduated with PhD degree from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University in the US. Dr. Mohamad has been invited by many institutes around the world as a keynote speaker, invited professor, lecturer, and theses and program evaluator. He has organized and chaired/co-chaired a few successful conferences on the transport in porous media and computational fluid dynamics, and heat and mass transfer. Dr. Mohamad was acting Dean of Engineering, Alfaisal University, while he was on leave from the University of Calgary.  

Dr. Mohamad is elected Fellow Member of American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME) and Executive Scientific council member of International Centre for Heat and Mass Transfer. He has authored and co-authored more than 250 papers and graduated over 40 PhD and MSc students. Professor Mohamad is the author of a textbook (entitled Lattice Boltzmann Method Fundamentals and Engineering Applications with Computer Codes), published by Springer in 2011. The second edition will be available in 2019. This book is translated into two languages (Chinese by Springer and a Parisian by a private publisher).

Mohamad教授是传热传质和数值传热等领域的著名专家，于美国普渡大学获得机械工程学院博士学位，他是美国机械工程师协会（ASME）Fellow和国际传热传质中心执行科学理事会成员。Mohamad教授多次受邀做特邀报告，他还是多个传热传质领域国际会议的大会主席。Mohamad教授发表论文250余篇，并培养了40多名博士和理学硕士学生，还于2011编著了题为Lattice Boltzmann Method Fundamentals and Engineering Applications with Computer Codes的著作。
