讲座主题：Process/Energy Systems Engineering for Power Plants, CCUS, Energy Storage and Bio-Energy (发电厂能源过程系统工程，碳捕集及利用储存，储能及生物能源)

内容简介：The seminar will start with an introduction to Systems Engineering, followed by motivations of our research. The main part will be our research in Power Plants, Carbon Capture and Transport in the context of Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS). Then the topic will be extended to the use of Systems Engineering methods for study in Energy Storage and Bio-Energy.

王美宏(Wang Meihong)教授简介

英国谢菲尔德大学能源过程系统工程系教授，任英国工程和物理科学研究委员会同行评议学院会员、英国CCS研究中心（UKCCSRC）的科学委员会成员、储能SuperGen Hub科学委员会成员、国际学术期刊IMechE Part E Journal of Mechanical Engineering副主编、International Journal of Coal Science and Technology 编委等。主要研究领域为能源过程系统工程，采用系统工程的理论和方法，解决环境和能源领域的相关问题。重点围绕二氧化碳捕集与利用、储能与生物能源等，进行过程和系统的建模、仿真、优化和控制等研究。
