课程提纲:
An introduction to the fundamentals of transport phenomena related to fluid dynamics which involves the transport momentum, heat transfer which deals with the transport energy, and mass transfer which is concerned with the transport of mass of various chemical species. Emphasis is placed on three different levels: the macroscopic level which is in the control volume system, the microscopic level which uses the differential formulation with the proper boundary conditions within the small region, and the molecular level which seeks a fundamental understanding of the mechanisms in terms of molecular structure and intermolecular forces.
