讲座内容：从留校任教到出国做访问学者、博士后，进而进入外企从事研发工作，阴建民校友以个人阅历为背景，为您讲述个人职业发展之路。

讲座人介绍:阴建民博士，我校1978级热能工程专业校友，1985年研究生毕业留校任教，1996年在University of Illinois做访问学者、博士后，2001年加入美国摩丁制造公司

Jianmin has been with A.O. Smith as an Engineering Fellow for over 4 years. He is focusing on future high efficiency heating technologies. Prior to A. O. Smith, Jianmin had been with Modine for more than 8 years and held various positions as a Technical Adviser, Senior Technical Advisor, and Manager in Research, New Product Development within the Passenger Thermal management group. As a senior principle research engineer in the research group at Modine, he was focusing on future technologies that need special heat exchangers, and supporting Modine’s application engineering groups to meet customer needs. Dr. Yin had more than 70 publications, and holds more than 9 US patents.
